QUINCY FEES

 

Enrollment Fee:

$30 per family

Fee is Non Refundable

Fee Does NOT INSURE an immediate slot at CYC.

Fee is re-payable if you drop from CYC, then re-register at another time, unless you were paying 1/2 weekly fees to hold slot.

To insure a slot on roster:

Once an opening is available, you will be called and must opt to take the opening or not. If not, but you still want to be on a waiting list, you will be placed at the end of the list.

Deduction: 10% deduction per child AFTER first child in same family. (Full Time Only)

Fees Payable:

Fees are payable on Friday, prior to the start of the next week, and no later than Monday at 5:30 pm of the current week.

A $10 Late Payment Fee if paid After Monday of current week.

Full Week Fees are due whether a child is in the center or not.

If you opt NOT to pay the full week fees due to being gone for an extended time, you take the chance of that slot not being available upon your return. The ONLY way to assure the slot is to pay the full week fees, plus you pay the Registration Fee once again.

Late Pick Up Fees:

Note: Weekly fees— cover care up to 10 hours daily. After 10 hours daily, Add $3 per hour per child.

 

Any child picked up after 5:30pm, will result in late fees as follows:

 - First 15 minutes, $18 per Family/$12 per Individual

 - At 5:46pm, a late fee of $1 per minute/per child until child is picked up and will be assessed and paid upon pick up that day.

 

Return Checks:

$20 NSF Fee paid in cash to Center. If it occurs a second time, weekly payments will be payable in cash or money order only.

Notice of Leaving CYC: Families are required to give one week's notice of leaving. If proper notice is not given, family is responsible for payment of weekly fees.
