Waterloo Fees

Enrollment Fee:

$25 per family

Fee is Non Refundable

Fee Does not insure a slot at CYC.

Fee is re-payable if you drop from CYC, then re-register at another time.

 

To insure a slot on roster:

Once an opening is available, you will be called and must opt to take the opening or not. If not, but you still want to be on a waiting list, you will be placed at the end of the list. To hold a slot at CYC, you must pay ½ the weekly fee(s) as per age group(s) shown until you start care. Opt NOT to pay the ½ weekly fee, then you take the chance that the slot will or will not be available in the future.

 

Weekly Fee:

Note: Weekly fee's cover care up to 10 hours daily. After 10 hours daily, Add $25 per week per child.

Drop In	No Infants, & if space available	$30.00 per child

 

10% Discount per family (Full Time) with more than one child in family. 

NOT applicable for Part Time or Drop-Ins.

Note:

Fees are payable on Friday, prior to the   start of the next week, and no later than Monday of the current week.                                            

A $10 Late Payment Fee if paid After Monday of current week.

 

Weekly fees are payable whether child is at CYC 1 to 5 days.

 

If child is out all week, 1/2 of the weekly fee is due.

 

If CYC is closed MORE than 1 day in a given week, deduct 1 day's fee.            

 

Late Pick-Up Fee:  If child is picked up between 6:01 p.m. and 6:15 p.m., late fee is $12 per child. If child is picked up after 6:15 p.m., add $1.00 for each minute late to above time.

 

Return Check Fee: 1st Time - $20.00 NSF fee, plus NSF check amount.  2nd Time - $20.00 NSF fee, plus NSF check amount, and future payments payable in cash or money order.
