Enrollment Steps:

1.     Call the CYC in your area, to find out if openings are available.

2.     Pay the $30 enrollment fee per family (non-refundable).

3.     Fill out all required paperwork which will be reviewed with you.

4.     Pay the first weeks fee as applicable for your child(ren).

5.     CYC takes full time & part time children, so full week fee's are payable whether child(ren) is/are at the center 1 day or 5, and/or part time 1 day or 3.  The only exception is if a child is out the entire week due to vacation or illness, then you pay ½ the weekly fees as applicable.

6.     CYC does not have vacation weeks. Either full time fee's and/or ½ weekly fees are applicable for any given week during the year. *Does Not Apply for Quincy.

7.     A 10% discount applies to families with more than one child in the same family. The 10% discount is taken off every child after the first child, and is deducted from the highest of fees per child as applicable.  *Does Not Apply for Quincy.

8.     Weekly fees cover care for up to ten hours a day; after 10 hours daily, add $25 per week per child.

9.     Fees are due on the Friday prior to the start of the next week, and no later than Monday of the current week.

10.   Late Payment Fee is $10 per week, if paid after Monday of the current week.

11.    Care is provided between 6:00 am till 6:00 pm, Monday thru Friday at Waterloo, and from 6:30am till 5:30pm in Quincy.

a.     Late pick up after 5:30pm/6pm (for the first 15 minutes) is $12 per child, or $18 per family, plus after 5:45pm/6:15pm, an additional fee of $1.00 per minute/per child until picked up is charged.

b.     Late Fees are to either be paid immediately, or with current week’s fees. 

12.   Return checks are $20, and after 2^nd time, all future payments are to be made with a money order.

13.   You are required to give a one weeks’ notice of leaving CYC, otherwise you are responsible for payment of that next week if no notice is given at least 7 days in advance.

14.   Families on any form of state aid are responsible to pay any difference of fees that the aid does not pay. A specific worksheet will be reviewed with you for this determination.

a.     Family payments are due as per policy.

b.     Prior to approval of state aid programs, family is responsible for any weekly child care payments until approval is made. 

15.   If CYC is closed for 2 scheduled holidays in a given week, deduct 1 day off of the week’s fees. If CYC is closed for 1 scheduled holiday in a given week, the full week’s fees are due. *Does Not Apply for Quincy*
