Operations

 

Caywood’s Youth Center’s admit students of any race, color, and national or ethnic origin.

 

CYC– Waterloo is under the direction of Pat Caywood, Owner, and Jessica Sipple, Director. The Owner has more than 25 years experience in programs directly related to children, as well as having raised four children of her own. Jessica has been with the CYC for more than 10 years.

 

CYC-Quincy is under the direction of Ron Caywood, Owner. The Owner/Director has a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, and 30+ years of experience in programs related to families and children, with Judy Bush, Center Director. The Staff of the CYC are either degreed and/or trained early childhood professionals.

 

Licensing

 

Caywood’s Youth Center’s are licensed and inspected annually by the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services, as child care centers, serving children 6/8 weeks to 12 years of age. Annual inspections also conduced by the State Fire Marshalls Office and County Health Department. Monthly inspections conducted by a certified Nurse because we have infants & toddlers.
