Caywoods Youth Center

 

History

 

January 1994  - Caywood's Youth Center (Waterloo, IL) opened with 110 child capacity, children 8 weeks to 12 years of age. New 6,000 sq ft facility built on 1+ acre of land.

 

September 1997 - New addition (Waterloo) with licensing capacity increasing to 207 children 8 weeks to 12 years of age. Added 5,800 sq ft, for a total of 11,800 sq ft. (Becomes the 12th largest child care center in the St. Louis Metro area according to the St. Louis Business Journal, being compared to multi-center and franchised facilities.)

 

October 1999  - Caywood's Youth Center (Redbud, IL) opened with 81 child capacity, children 8 weeks to 12 years of age. New 5,500 sq ft facility built, on 1.7 acres of land. This facility was sold in July, 2004 to Todd and Jada Berry of Red Bud, IL.

 

June 2004 - Purchased a 6 year old child care facility from Ed and Mona Fletcher of Quincy, IL. Licensed enrollment capacity is 166. Children 6 weeks up to 12 years of age.
